Shipping Policy
Where we ship: United States only.
Processing: Orders are processed in 1–2 business days.
Delivery: Items are stocked in US fulfillment warehouses and delivered in 3–8 business days after processing. Tracking is emailed as soon as your order ships.
Shipping cost: Shipping costs will be shown at checkout once the shop opens.
Delays: If tracking shows no movement, or your order has not arrived within 15 days of shipping, contact us at support@govald.com and we will investigate, reship, or refund as appropriate.
